This notice covers the studio website and correspondence with us. Our project pages describe games in development; they do not offer a playable game or create a game account on this website. The game privacy pages explain the development configurations they describe. They are not a privacy declaration for an unreleased store version. Read the notice supplied with the version you actually use.
02Visiting the website
You do not need a studio account to browse these pages. The website presents our games, studio information and contact details; it does not provide a checkout or ask you to upload personal documents.
We use Cloudflare to host and deliver this website. Serving and protecting pages involves processing connection and request information, including IP addresses, requested URLs, request times and browser or device information sent with the request. Cloudflare may process technical logs and security information to operate its network, deliver content and address abuse. The public website also includes Cloudflare Web Analytics, which reports page views and browser performance measurements such as page-load timing and Core Web Vitals. We do not operate a separate visitor-account database on this website.
03Information you send us
If you email the studio, the correspondence includes your email address, message and any name, screenshots or attachments you choose to provide. We use that information to understand and respond to your question, investigate a reported problem, or discuss the business matter you raised.
For a game problem, the game name, version, device type and a short description are usually enough to begin. Please leave out passwords, full payment details and information about other people that is not needed to explain the issue.
04Game information and local progress
Browsing a project page does not send us your game progress or link a platform account. If you separately use a development build, its progress, preferences and rewards are handled according to the notice for that build. Some current development previews keep progress on the device. A local save is different from a studio account or a cloud backup, and does not mean the game makes no network connections.
Features such as platform sign-in, cloud saves or advertising depend on the version and platform. A development description does not establish that those services are live. Each public release needs a notice identifying its actual services and data handling.
05Purposes and legal grounds
We use website request information to deliver and protect the site, performance statistics to understand and improve how pages load, and correspondence to answer enquiries, provide support and manage the business matters you raise. We also use relevant records where needed to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We do not use a support request as permission for unrelated marketing.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, our legitimate interests in operating, protecting and improving the website and responding to enquiries support these activities, subject to your rights and interests. Processing necessary to carry out a contract with you or take steps you request before entering one relies on that purpose; legally required processing relies on the relevant legal obligation. Where consent is required for an optional activity, we will ask for it separately. Simply visiting the website is not consent to optional tracking.
06Services and other recipients
Cloudflare processes technical request information to host, deliver and protect this website, and receives measurements from its Web Analytics script to provide website performance reports. Our email service providers process message contents, sender and recipient addresses, and delivery information so that we can receive and respond to your emails. These service providers receive information needed for their respective functions.
We may disclose relevant information where necessary to comply with law, protect legal rights or address a security incident. Independent services you choose to use, including linked websites and platform accounts, have their own privacy notices. A project listing on this website does not activate a game platform, advertising network or payment service.
07Storage and retention
We retain correspondence for the time needed to handle your request and any related follow-up, agreement, dispute or legal record-keeping obligation. The relevant criteria are whether the matter remains open, whether the record is needed to explain an agreement or resolve a dispute, and whether law requires retention. Information no longer needed for these purposes is deleted or anonymised.
Technical records processed by hosting and email providers are also subject to the applicable service settings and operational or legal requirements. There is no single retention period for every type of record. You can contact us to ask about information relating to your request.
A local game save normally remains until it is reset or the relevant device or app storage is cleared. Clearing it does not delete correspondence or records held by an online service. See the notice for the game version you use.
08Your choices and requests
Depending on the law that applies and the information involved, you can ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a copy of your information. If processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without changing the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Send requests to support@axillar88.vip with enough context to locate the relevant correspondence or game record. We may need proportionate information to verify the request. We will explain any applicable limitation or retention requirement rather than promising deletion of records that must be kept.
Where applicable, you may complain to the data-protection authority responsible for your place of residence, work or the issue concerned. We will handle requests within the time required by applicable law.
09Analytics, cookies and similar technologies
The public website uses a Cloudflare Web Analytics script to measure page views and page performance. According to Cloudflare, its analytics measurements do not use cookies or browser local storage, and do not fingerprint visitors or track individuals across customers' websites. This is separate from the technical processing needed to deliver and protect the website.
Our own website code does not set cookies or browser local storage, and we have not added advertising trackers. Fonts and images are served with the website; opening a contact link uses your chosen email application.
Cloudflare may use security cookies when features such as bot protection or a security challenge apply. Those cookies serve the relevant protection function. Your browser lets you inspect or remove cookies; blocking necessary security cookies can affect access to a protected page. Separately accessed games and third-party websites can use different technologies.
10Audience and processing locations
This is a studio information website. It has no registration form or child profile feature, and we do not ask children to submit personal information through it. If you are a parent or guardian concerned about information a child has sent us, contact support@axillar88.vip. Game age requirements and parental arrangements are specific to each released game and platform.
Cloudflare operates an international network, and hosting or email processing may take place outside your country. The location depends on the service and request. For information about a transfer relevant to your correspondence, or any safeguards required by applicable law, contact support@axillar88.vip.

The date shown on this page identifies the current version. A material change to the purposes, information or services described here will be reflected in an updated notice and any additional notice or choice required for that change.
